The Healing Power of Rosemary…..

Rosemary is a rich source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, that are thought to help improve the immune system and enhance memory boosting intelligence, increasing brain wave activity, focus, decreases drowsiness and increasing alertness. It is a good source of iron, calcium and vitamins A, C, and B-6, Pantothenic Acid, Niacin, Thiamin, Folate, Riboflavin, Manganes, and carnosic acid, a compound known for its powerful antioxidant properties. Studies have found that carnosic acid can slow the growth of cancer cells in the body and even lower the risk of developing tumors.

Rosemary has been found to help relive gastrointestinal gasses helping with digestion which makes it a go to when trying to calm an upset stomach. I have recommended Rosemary tea for years, drinking the tea can help balance your mood, improve eye health and help protect and even Prevent Oxidative damage that stems from many chronic diseases.

Rosemary oils used as Aromatherapy and tea is also used to help Lung Health, helping in the process of dispelling of mucus build up and clearing out your lungs.
