Resonating with a Healthy Frequency, Is Important for A Balanced Lifestyle

"A normal, healthy body should resonate with a natural frequency of 65 – 75M Hz. While it might be surreal to think about, that means humans generate electromagnetic energy or “noise” even as we’re just standing in place.

When exposed to higher frequencies, such as those found in frequency healing, the human body is stimulated to heal itself. On the flip side of that, if the human body is exposed to constant low-frequency noises, they can develop negative symptoms as a result.

While it is easiest for a body to maintain homeostasis around frequencies that mimic its normal frequency range of 65-75 Mhz, higher frequency exposure in the form of sound therapy can help eliminate negative thought processes and retrain neural circuits."

(No matter the frequency remember to Breathe... and adjust for you, if it to loud turn it down, if you feel sick or dizzy, turn it down or off. If find it hard to stand up straight, try to wiggle and Breathe in Deep, to help your body adjust., If you struggle to lift your arms and move side to side reaching for the sky with a curvy flow, while breathing steady and and deep into your respiratory system, take it slow. If you get light headed sit down placing your elbows on your legs and lowering your head while trying to catch and reestablish your breath and head. Be ready to fall just in case)

*Warning: If you are trying things possibly for the first time you may get light headed. Please sit or lay down and make note of this. This is a possible indication that you need to slow down and even talk to your provider about any concerns, pains or feelings; physical, visual, auditable, and emotional.

(I recommend keeping a 7 to 14 day journal of notes about your day All Day. I do suggest keeping track of your; foods and beverages w/ time, medications w/time, emotions w/time, notable events or interactions w/time, bodily functions w/time, and anything you think would be helpful. )

After you have taken time to set a tone, and stimulate the body. I enjoy adding some inspirational reading material (physical book). You will feel, if it is helping you grow, in a manner that can be healing for you and respectful to the rest of life.

( I find taking notes on what you read or what it might trigger, mark things up and flag them so you can look at things again, will help you see thing in a different light, or it may help you find a remedy to your concerns.)

You should be able to feel comfortable and safe in this process. If you do not you may want to find a new tone, new reading material, new location, new outfit, adding aromatherapy w/diffuser and essential oils or incense, and even reaching out to your clinical provider for recommendations. (they averagely have a lot of Alternative and Complementary they can recommend) As I watched some of this video I saw an eye, so I grabbed a mirror and looked deep into my own eye. I am, changed for life. I wish you the best on your journey, and will accompany you on your path where I can. You've Got This!
